How Do I Loose 10lbs in a week

I want to loose 10+ pounds in the next...at this moment Im not worried about loosing muscle...I just need to loose 10+ pounds.....need your guys help!!!!!!
 
haha. Well you could loose water wright like wrestlers. Put a garbage bag on and run in a sauna until you loose 10lbs. Thats not healthy or smart. But loosing 10lbs in a week will never be healthy.

Natural juice fast ... or that Hollywood juice diet might knock off 10 pounds temporarily in a week, it's safer than the sauna method at least. They sell it in drug stores.

This is neither intelligent nor advisable, you realize?
 
Details. All your specs and why you need to cut the weight.

I can tell you in advance, if its for a wedding or special date or booty-call oriented event: you aint gonna be worth shit as far as energy or personality and will SUCK in bed if you kill yourself all week to hit the 10lb mark.. and you could put the 10lbs back on in less than 24 hours if you screw it on the big day with sugars and booze etc.

why? spill it so you can get a real answer as to how or even if you really want to.....

Google "juice fast." At least you'll be doing your body some good in the process. Starving will shut down your metabolism and you'll feel miserable. If you go on a proper juice fast you'll be able to maintain activity and feel pretty decent, plus you'll give yourself a general detoxification.
 
Reason: yes its for a special event...Im behind schedule ;)

I dont plan on starving myself but I need this weight off.....

bro at 22%BF no one will notice 10 lbs. And 10 lbs. And even if they do its will just come back on. Accept your weight and just start eating right from now and really show off later. Not only that I never noticed being able to pull more females no matter what my body looked like. If the game is strong the females will come. You might get more "petting"/touching/grabbing but thats it.

No Ive done my dieting and stuff before....just was a quick temporary fix....I eat good and stuff....just havent had time for the gym lately...5 classes and working 40+ ownes me....hahaha girls, trust me I do pretty good...its all about the game ;)
 
When I get back from Taiwan..I plan on starting my routine again....I wont have the stress of school so Ill have time to concentrate on my traingin/dieting/supplementation...Ill be back in shape by august or soo....good thing about me is that my body changes kinda of fast when I diet and work out srtickly...Ill post pics up when I start....wish me luck though....
 
Exactly then fuck it and go get some. Who gives a fuck about 10lbs. And get in shape when you are ready.
 
10lbs in 4 weeks is verry doable, but with excuses about not having time to go to the gym will get you nowhere even faster GL bro

DNP would/has done that very effectively. But homey aint ready for that game.
 
If you are looking for a way to just slightly improve your appearance try eating lean proteins and only fibrous carbs, lots of veggies. And dring 1.5 gallons of water a day. You should look and little leaner and you will feel leaner too. This will help you loose a little water weight, not 10lbs but something. Other than that the only way like everyone else said is over time, there is no quick fix. City gave some solid advice.
