How do i look at vids on iphone

I can't get them to play either says I can't play this on iPhone so it won't sync it.

Ok i went to the apple store and the guy said if it isnt supported with quicktime then it wont play. So basically the whole internet is hit or miss.
But yet my fucking pc can play anything lol
Apple pwned by supposedly inferior pc
