How do I keep water retention to a minimum

what are some good ways to keep water retention down during a cycle?
I will be taking 250mg of Test C once a week. and want to know how do diminish water retention?

bro--i am actually scared for you--please listen to those of us who have been there--20 years old is too young.
with a question like this you show you have no idea what you are doing--if you do not understand a concept as simple as electrolytes you are setting yourself up for a hard fall.

. 25 Adex EOD. Cardio 30 mins a day.

As a last resort...Dieretics, but do a google on how to safely use them. You loose more than just water. Drink Gatorade and take potassium supps. to replenish those salts, minerals and electrolytes you piss away. Can kill you if done improperly.
 
Yeah i know how to keep my body hydrated and put back in what comes out i am used to doing that from cuttting quick weight for wrestling...i have good cardio both aerobic from running alot and anerobic from grappeling and wrestling.
 
Listen up. Using anti aromatases to control water is not a great idea. It'll only do so much and if you take too much it'll hinder gains and destroy lipid values.

Increasing potassium too much ESPECIALLY WHEN SODIUM IS LOW is VERY DANGEROUS.

Don't fuck around with this. Check out DEFINITION from protein factory.com -- a natural diuretic. Take it with lots of water. Sweat as much as you can when training. That's the way to do it.
