how do i install audio driver

i looked all over the internet on how to do this, but to no avail.

i m trying to install a sis 7018 driver, but
im dumb

i go to device manager- sound controllers, but i do not have anything installed except mpu 401, and i go to update driver, but it says best driver enabled ??


any help ??

go to thy control panel, then "add/remove hardware", and try searching for new hardware.
See if it detects the card.
