How do I get my test levels checked??

I did a deca only cycle 2 years ago at 200-300 mg for 10 weeks (At the time I was 20 almost 21). One of the poorer decisions in my life. Curious as to what my test levels are at now and whether the deca permanently affected them. How can I get this test run/how expensive? What are your thoughts on the effects this might have had on me? Thanks bros

or you can have your doctor issue the tests, if you have insurance.

Ask for Test total and free test as a minimum.

depending on what state you are in, you might have to get a prescription. Otherwise, you might do best by calling your local hospital and asking for their lab. prices vary greatly, so it pays to shop around.

I have seen another place that does many of the tests based on a saliva test. Anyone know of the accuracy of this in comparison to the blood work? I am going to try a few experiments on raising free test and would like to use that as the ongoing measurement.

Saliva test is very accurate and reliable provided that they are using top quality equipment. The reason is that the traces of testosterone in the saliva test are so small that they require very precise instrumentation for their measurement.
Saliva test has many advantages over regular blood test, the most important being that is more convenient, does not require invasive procedures, the results are not affected by stress induced to the patient (especially for needle-phobic people), and typically less costly and many insurance companies cover it.
Also, saliva test measures the free testosterone and not the total. Free is the one that you should be interested at.

I have mine done through www.pharmasan.com They have a great selection of hormonal panels check them out here www.pharmasan.com/subcatalog.asp?target=Endocrinology

Another good lab is www.salivatest.com
