How do I fix this?

My left arm is almost a half inch bigger than my right arm. I do almost all DB's when I do arms. I think it's mostly in my biceps, my triceps seem pretty equal. I'm right handed, btw.

what are your stats? usually, the bigger you get, the asymmetry becomes less, and even if there is asymmetry, then it's just less noticeable.

you don't fix it... you make your big lifts (pull, press, ect) stronger and it will even out a bit eventually.

Most people have slight differences like that.

If people don't point and stare and go "OMG!" ... is it really something worth doing unilateral work for one side of your body?

5'9", 215 lbs, probably around 13% BF. Arms are around 16.25 & 16.75.

Yeah, I just notice it myself. Damnit.

Here's what you do......don't give it a second thought, lol....if one arm were 17" and the other 15", you'd have a problem. 1/4" is subtle and could be due to a lot.....Like Sarge said, if you don't look like a weirdo walking around and people don't point and stare, don't sweat it.......And, don't reply with the "But I am a BB, every little detail matters"....even if you're a bodybuilder, look at pics from the last Olympia, those guys are a symmetrical disaster, lol.

One of Arnolds biceps was noticeably bigger, as is Ronnies.... yet when people talk about their physiques it rarely comes up. Don't sweat it, unless like BiggT said one day you have a 19 incher, and the other is a 13 incher, then you got a problem.

i'm way disproportionate. i bet my arms are off symmetry by an inch or more. i tried to fix it by using a DB that was 5-10lbs. heavier in the weaker/smaller arm. i didn't stick with it long enough to see if it worked.
