How do I cycle D-bol?

Is there a certian amount of months apart to take d-bol.

I took a months cycle that's 6 pills (30mg) a day for 4 weeks.

Do I have to take some time off.

I want to make sure I don't fuck up my liver.

Any help is appreciated!

I take milk thisle for my liver everytime I take d-bol. with test of course.

Take some nolvadex at 20mg a day for a couple of weeks to try and keep some of the gains
