How do I choose a cycle?

Been browsing this board all nite... great stuff. I'm working on figuring out what to get into. How do you determine a GREAT cycle vs. a good cycle vs. a crap cycle? I mean - is there a faq for this, or is it word of mouth? Its getting cold where I live - so I'm thinking about a cycle for the winter, but I have no idea how to "optimize" the time/risk.

Alot of study time and input from the guys on this board and you will be fine. Starting my first cycle in two weeks... And I am HYPED!!! :)
 
ok - heres the vitals :

age - 30
height - 6' 2"
weight - 200lbs
years working out - 1
diet - 5~6 meals/day high protine low carb
training - 6 days/week, 1 body part/day 4~5 exersizes per body part, 4 sets, 6~10 reps per set. I start medium weight on the first set, max on the 3rd then do a burn out on the 4th - been making good gains with this program
not sure about body fat? how do I measure this?
I'll get measurements tomorrow :)
