How do i blurr out something in my pic

i have a recent photo but it was on a nude beach and want to blurr out my privte parts because i know noone wants to see them.im 195 in pic

Get an eraser and smudge it. That will give the same effect of a blurr in Photoshop.

i was wondering how to take a picture that wasnt blurry. everytime i take a picture of bigfoot you can barely make out what it is. DAMN my camera!
