It shouldn't be banned. There is a HUGE amount of information that is important in there that takes up many many pages that were not adequately covered in your trite four sentance answer.

The feds and any LE in general are there to get the maximum charges against you that they possibly can. Even if they have to drum some of them up. It doesn't matter to them if they totally screw up your life or not, and isn't even relevant if the charges are true or accurate. Just so long as they can get them, prosecute you and add it to their resume.

I am not saying his book doesn't have a wealth of information, I am sure it does. I ahven't seen it, but I'm Canadian and it isn't worth shit to me. All I'm saying is anytime you get a question on any legalities you are sure to get a few "buy Ricks book" answers. I wasn't flaming you, but I just don't see those posts adding anything for him.

Legal questions are routinely answered incorrectly on the anabolic board. For some reason this is one of those areas where everyone thinks they know the answer.

Ricks book deals with real life actual cases. Not "my brothers friends cousin stories".

One more thing, it bugs when attorneys are "here to help the brotherhood" when in trouble but make it so there fee's are so outrageous that you go into backruptcy getting help with something. My .02.

The book is 49.95 and is SOLID information for folks in the US. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than an attorney and has information very key for people engaging in this activity in the US. If you're outside the US it's good to read just to find out how totally screwed up our lawmaking system is. If nothing else it will give you a good laugh.

to make my question a little more specific:

if they seize a shipment at the customs (any country), do they write you a letter immediately, or do they probably say: "hey, let`s start watching this guy`s deliveries" (maybe depending on the volume of seized goods), without giving you any notice of your package. I know it doesn`t seem like a probability...but let`s think about it.

If it got seized, unless it was a large amount I would imagine all you would get is a letter. I don't see them putting in the time and money to bust a guy on a personal amount, but it has happened before. Whenever I have something seized, I do wait a few weeks to order again, just to play it safe. Usually you will get the letter within a month of the seizure, and it will tell you to come claim your shit, obviously that would get you busted so just throw out the note. I have never heard of the doing a follow up on a seizure letter.

If you have multiple shipments seized it may raise a red flag. I had 3 GH shipments seized and I got a call from a FDA investigator who wanted to meet with me.
