I am getting back into deadlifting after taking time off after hurting my back. I did high reps and low weight today to make sure I kept my back flat, head up, and legs straight.
My lower back has been extremely sore all day and its borderline painful if I arch my back to bend over.
Am I hurting myself or am I just really sore?
