How catabolic is sleeping?

I'm currently on a cycle, of:

500mg Test 1-10
400mg EQ 1-10
50mg dbol 1-6
.25 Liquidex ED

and I'm losing weight! Yes you read right, losing weight. I have been in a severe state of depression and some days I will sleep for 12 hours straight. Having my first meal at 1pm sometimes and then continuing to eat maybe 3 meals for the day and my 3 shakes a day.

My last cycle I gained a healthy 25lbs and kept 18lbs of it. As of now I am ending my 3rd week and am down a pound. I admit I haven't been eating as much as I did last cycle but could the sleeping too much contribute to my problem of not gaining any weight? It's making me eat less and my body has been less active (since I'm sleeping). It has also been discussed that the dbol I running is fake. I think that even if the dbol is fake, I should be up a couple lbs still from the rest of the gear. I know that enanthate is a longer acting ester, but 3 weeks? I have leaned up a bit though from the cardio...but this is really depressing. Anyone else have a situation like this?
 
Sleep is quite the opposite. The more of it, the better (within reason). Sleep is the key to recovery.
 
xxbig, I think you know the answer to that one. of course if you are sleeping 12 hours and not eating enough, that would explain the lack of gains.
 
ok, in that case xxbig...
think of it like this, it is ONLY week 3. You have plenty of time to turn it around. Maybe you need to find some different foods that you like. It may not be as healthy, fat wise that is, but if it stimulates your appetite, I say go for it. And hey, why not just drop the liquidex. Maybe you need a little bloat mentally I mean. Hang in there bro, don't give up and be strong. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

That's what I was thinking about doing, dropping the liquidex for 20mg Nolvadex ED. Hmm...I think I will try that!

why even run the nolva? are you prone to gyno? If not, I don't see any reason to use that. if i'm not mistaken, I've heard that nolvadex, or other estrogen blockers/inhibitors can reduce your gains.

I'm not worried about it inhibiting my gains as my last cycle i did run nolvadex 20mgED. I am worried though about gyno. I will not risk it. :)
 
If I plan on sleeping a few xtra hours I just have a shake with some olive oil in it ready to go....Alarm rings at desired time, bout 6-8hrs after I go to sleep. wake up slam the shake back to bed for 2 hr 45 mins....get up hit your next meal on time........ so if you get up at 1pm set your alarm for 10-10:30 and have that shake...........oh and eat before bed I usaully have 6 eggs and 6 oz deli lunch meat and 1-2 tbs olive oil 1/2 hr efore bed.......
