How can you use Deca as a cutting cycle

Isnt Deca a caloric base as, so how can I use it to cut up? Just eat a ton of protein and just no carbs/ any suggestions or can you not cut with Deca/

I've seen low doses of Deca with Winny and Fina for cutting cycles. I'm looking at Anavar / Winny / Fina myself.
