I GET A LOT OF MAIL FOR STUPID SHIT LIKE REDUCED MORTGAGE PAYMENTS (EVEN THOUGH I LIVE WITH MY 'RENTS), CASINO SHIT, CREDIT CARD SHIT, ETC, ETC. HOW CAN I STOP OR REDUCE THIS SHIT???


I SEEM TO REMEMBER SOMEONE SAYING THEY SEND THE SHIT BACK BUT EVERY TIME I TRY, IT SENDS THE MESSAGE RIGHT BACK TO ME SAYING I CANT SEND MAIL TO THEM.

usually at the bottom of the emails they have a "remove me from this list" u can either click that, or u can stop going to porn sites that collect and read cookies. which sometimes contains your email addy, also if u buy things online and provide your email addy some places sell that to spammers.

aol is spammed, everyone gets it, aol cannot control it it would seem. contact aol and demand they start working on there spamming problems, but theres nothing u can do about it really, it just comes with using that ISP

Don't do that....This way they confirm your e-mail address as an open, active account and they spam you even more.

At the bottom of each junk email there should be a link to unsubscribe from the service.

If not then you can go to the FCC website.

it sucks, the only way i found to end it is to have 2 email addresses.

Whenever you enter your email address on the internet, you sign up for junk mail. So i started a new email address, told all my friends about it, but never enter it when i register for anything on the net. Its been a month and i haven't gotten 1 junk mail letter.

Your best bet is to do that. Start a new email address, but use the old one whenever you need to give a company or website your email address.

For some reason, I just recently got motivation to actually do something, like ride my bike more often, jog, and lift weights...and play paintball... damn, I hope this feeling lasts!

Yes, that's me and we also have a team which plays tournament pball, mostly in the Millenium Series in Europe. But this year was a nightmare... we've had our asses kicked everytime, hope we do a little better next year.

1: Never hit unsubscribe from email. Like someone else said it just confirms your email is active.

2: Get a second email for that you use for signing on to webpages or whatever.

3: Whenever you put your email in a profile etc. make sure to add (nospam) in there. Ie: yourname(nospam)@hotmail.com This is to prevent programs that scan for emails getting your proper address. The people who actually want to send you something will just delete the (nospam) to get the proper address.

4: Never forward emails ever and especially chain letters. That email will have all the addresses of everyone it was sent to and is a gift to spammers.

It is a Shocker with Nitro. Shockers can be as accurate as cockers, but they need frequent maintenance and can be sometimes a pain in the ass. I hear that new Impulses from Smart Parts are very good. But if you want the best tournament marker and can afford it, go with an Angel IR3.
