Is there any way to reduce the pump I get from fina?
The pump gets really bad during AM sprints, to the point where it impairs my performance and cuts workouts short.
What causes "pumps"anyway? is it blood that cannot escape the muscle as quickly as it enters, or is a nervous tissue problem?
