Hey HUCKLEBERRY FINNaplex, since your a mod, can't you get them to make the newbie post "sticky" so it stays at the top. That way you guys shouldn't have to burn so many cycles chasing down the people that for some reason either didn't see, couldn't find or didn't follow the basic rules.

Post it as something like

NEWBIE POST: MUST READ and MUST FOLLOW!!!

Put some guidelines in it like: First time you ask openly for a source or post - stike one (written warning) , second time - strike two (suspended for 2 weeks) and third time - strike you out (deactivate from board).

Then you would have something concrete that you could refer to and enforce.
