I am 6'1, 274, and i need to be down to about 234, but i dont wannna loose any muscle i just wanna cut fat, and im still gonna be lifting really hard. So how can i do all that, what would be a good diet?

CKD's are cool yes, but there are some diets that will work better for your purpose. I don't want to paste all of that diet information here because it would be a long ass post, lol, but u can e-mail me and I can send u the attachment. Check out **EDIT*** that MOFO is ripped to shreds- I know some people in this board seem to have a problem with him but they seem to be people who are trying to sell thier own program.
