How bring BF below 10% without losing muscle?

I find difficult to bring down BF unless through serious dieting or serious aerobic... In either case that seems to make me lose mass too. I started training three years ago with the only initial purpose of getting a six-pack. Since then I gained 25 pounds of lean muscle (I am 6.3' and weight 193 pounds). But fat is still too high (11%) to let my abs show...

Any advice?
 
I don't think you can lose more than 5-6 lbs a month w/o losing muscle.
 
Test Prop 100mg EOD
Finaplix 100mg EOD (or) EQ 125mg EOD
Winstrol 50mg ED
HGH 3-4 iu's ED
T3 25-50mcg ED
Clen 80-120mcg ED (2 wks on 2 wks off)
Liquidex .5mg ED

Eat 6-8 clean meals per day. Train 4 days per week and incorporate cardio on an empty stomach the other 3 days of the week. Now this is just a protocol and I don't recommend it, but believe me IT WILL WORK!

For me, just the fina would work too. I would run it at 75mg ED and alternate between an EYC stack and Clen. You should be ok.
 
Unfucking believable. Instead of explaining to him to to slowly cut with maximum muscle preservation with moderate cardio, you're telling him to stuff himself full of gear like he's going to do a contest.

It is possible to look good without it, you know.
 
im also one who doesnt think gear is the end all and be all and get annoyed when its tossed around like it is no big deal, but i will never seriously cut again without anabolics...i dont have a bodybuilder perfect diet, but i lose just too much mass, and get discouraged...any of these will do....prop, fina, winny, var, t3, clen...even regular test, just have to wait to see ur gains, when the water is gone
 
Ive heard of guys gaining muscle while cutting with var, but if you want to do it naturaly, which is healthier, i would suggest CKD as outlined on Mr. Xs forum.
 
I gained muscle while cutting and lost 12 lbs of fat, I would never do it again because I know better now. I cant remember doses or frequency. But I was taking D BOL, Winstrol, Primo, Testoviron and Testex for 9 weeks. I didnt start cutting until week 4-5.
 
Cardio on an empty stomach B-4 your first meal. Incline treadmill at a WALK is all you need. Keep your heart rate around 130 for 40 min. 3-5 lbs a week.

guys dont jump all over mr flex he clearly stated I dont reccomend it and was just stating it worked

and for the original question,check out the diet discussion board,MR.X has tons of info to help you
 
keep your metabolism going all day.. workout or at least do a good Warmup in the morning.. keep insulin levels low.. eat 6-8 small protein based meals a day.. get your good fats .. do intense workouts .. lift with higher reps.. do HIIT cardio... get 2grams of protein per lbm of body weight..

if your gonna do roids test/tren are my favorite for cutting.. and i keep dosages low when cutting..
 
Ok, thanks for the responses guys. In effect there are loads of info on the Diet Forum. Everyone seems to agree on the importance of running on an empty stomach... I guess that means running as soon as you wake up! I hate it! I already wake up too early!! I may try during the weekends.

And training... I hope. I got some horrible tendinitis (is that English?) in my right elbow just yesterday...:(

Superdave, you surely forgot Anavar & Primo... Maybe 5000mg ED each? I am sure that extra bit would help shed some fat without losing much muscle...

Holy shit, youre right! That cycle is definetely anemic without Var, I would bump it to 6000mg/ED just to be sure bor.
 
I thought so! Thx mate!! A pity for the rest of you... there won't be much gear left on the market after I get what I need for my cycle!
 
That what Ive been doing, getting up and doing cardio on an empty stomach. So this is not the best thing to do?

When you're natural, that would cause crazy muscle catabolism unless you're surgical with your nutrition.

Can someone please tell me how to keep a heart rate of 130 wallking on a treadmill? When I walk on the treadmill whatever the incline my HR never gets above 90.

I usually do the stairmaster(pretty high pace) using the interval setting and my heart rate stays between 120-140.

Obviously that depends on your aerobic capacity, doesn't it? I can't get my HR up on a treadmill but I easily can on a stairmaster. I can control my HR to an infinite degree on a stationary bike since I used to be a competitive cyclist.

i lost about 2 inches off my waist and gained about 7 lbs of lean muscle on this exact cycle. but bro, my wasn't 496 weeks it was only 82 weeks

Thats why you didnt gain 137.2 lean pounds and drop 86.4 pounds of fat like I did, because you didnt stay HARDCORE and go the full 496 weeks bruh.
