how bad is ranch?

i want to eat lots of greens/salads, but i'd like to add a bit of ranch if it's not too bad for a cutting diet.

If you are low carbing it, I recommend Blue Cheese dsg.

Ok, but should I still try and stay away from Blue cheese? Or it shouldn't matter too much. My carbs for the day are really low.

That is what he said...........if your carbs are low, use the full fat versions of ranch OR Blue Cheese.
