How bad is it?

Just a question for you guy and gals fried skinless chicken as opposed to roasted or baked, I sometimes pickup some fried skinless chicken when I don't have time to cook, I don't think it is as bad as people say it is, maybe a few more grams of fat, people talk like it is the devils food when really there is not that much difference, Iam not talking pre-contest, what do you guys think?
 
I think healthy folks tend to freak out at fried chicken because they're thinking of deep fat/oil fried, breaded, skin-on chicken. More fat than a quarter pounder if I remember correctly.

Only difference between fried and baked skinless chicken is how much oil you put in the pan.
