what kind of fat burners? Maybe you should take your last one a couple of huors earlier than you have been or lower your dosage. And if you really want to catch up on some sleep try melatonin, but be careful because it will knock you out for 10+ hours. So don't take it at 11:00 PM expecting to get up at 6:00 AM. It's not addicting, however, if you take it too often your body will stop producing it naturally making you dependent on them to sleep, so take it sparingly.

I'm taking Cardio Breeze (2), T-Rex (2) and Leverox (2). I also use YES once a day. I don't want to take anything to help me sleep. I think I will take my last one a few hours earlier.

still gotta nail down the plan, but it's for pleasure. I am pretty open and will probably want to ditch the people I will be with for a night to get some time away. are you near SD?

Im most likely doing,but Im gonna sit on it for a month then see whatsup, plus I have a vacation Ive already paid for coming up in latejuly/first part of aug so I dont wanna get sent to basic during that time

cool bro , i think it you will enjoy it if thats what u decide on , it's a big decision to make though
 
ya its def gonna be a big step but I think Ill enjoy it,I loved being in before,and this will def help me advance my credentials

If the SD you're talking about is San Diego then L.A.'s about 2 hours away, so you can either come up or I'll drive down. Either way we'll party.

I'll let you know what the deal is when I get closer, not sure if I will have a rental car or what, but we should definitely figure something out.

Yes, I do!!! I have them delivered to my door. I don't have a license, so I would spend that money on cabfare if I went to the store. So, I choose to have them delivered instead.

I supersetted for the first time yeterday. Very effecient way to blast out two different muscles in one workout, now I have a day to dedicate just to shoulders instead of cramming them in with bi's and tri's.

still sick but getting better...my nose has stopped running but now i am coughing a lot......got sent home early from work last night...going to give it another go tonight
 
I'm feeling better.
Still have a lot of crap going on in my personal life. Time will take care of that!
Workouts have been good and I am doing cardio!

No cert it is part of the training program for my new job.
 
People that I care about are feeling better and are happy, which makes me happy.

It's nice being back on track with the workouts and diet. Have a fridge and pantry full of clean food; progress pics and measurements will be taken on Sat. I'm ready to reach my goals by the deadline I set for myself.
 
I have a doctor's appointment to deal with a breathing problem I've been having lately. I'm afraid that we're going to discover that I'm allergic to my cat.
