How about this.

I am 25, 5'6", 150 lbs, lean and athletic. I have a good build for my size, but I cant seem to put on any more weight. I would like to build another 10 or so lbs. I have 1600 mg of 19-nor-testosterone.Do you think that I will see any results if i were to take 200 mgs for 8 weeks. I am not looking for too much. Any help?

yes it does.. a friend took it for a little over a month and put on a few lbs, one of those gifted people that never puts on weight
 
150lbs, you need to eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. What is your workout like and how long have you been working out? Stick with compound movements to put on weight. You are way to light to use anabolics to put on weight. Work hard then when you are at 200lbs or so then use the gear you have.

Here is my take, and it is a bit different then what you have been hearing. You have deca and it sounds like this is your first cycle? If that is the case you should see some nice gains from 200 mgs/week for 8 weeks. I think that is okay to do. I do not think you have to avoid it as others have said. Now at 25 will you grow more natty, most likely but deca will help a lot. also, 8 weeks of deca at that gose can give some nice gains without a whole lot of disruption of your body.

When I was younger (much younger) I could not gain weight to save my life and for a while I was eating over 6000 calories per day and barely grew. It took time and tons of hours in the gym. Heck, I didn't even start using gear until I was in my early 30's.

Stay natty, eat like a horse, lift like a beast, and be patient is the best advice anyone could give you. :chomp:

Yeah, that's me, but since I'm trying to bulk up it's a curse not a gift. I've been called out for saying this, but it's true. I take in at least 7,000 Cals. since I started my cycle 7 weeks ago, and I am gaining, but I'm still lean. I'm off work for 3-4 months, because I work offshore, and all I do is EAT, EAT, n' workout.
 
Hey i took 1-4 Andro about a year ago and weighed about 160. I gained 15 after i came off and it was said and done. Just make sure you eat and eat more like many members said. But go for it.
