I've got about 5 yrs consistent casual bodybuilding experience under my belt and am preparing a 1st cycle for 50% bulk/50% strength gains, as follows:
Deca/Test
WK1 400 400
WK2 400 400
WK3 400 400
WK4 400 400
WK5 400 400
WK6 400 400
WK7 400 400
WK8 400 400
Will have Nolvadex on standby and use Clomid post cycle. Its quite a strong stack for a novice but I would like some advice about dosages and timing, expecially on post cycle prep.
I'm 27, 6'5, 200lbs, v. low bodyfat and consider myself a "Hardgainer". Will be maintaining a 4000 calorie, 350g protein diet throughout.
Any advice from those with experiences of such stack would be greatly appreciated - I want to get it right first time!
