Anytime there is a terrorist attack we just start killing known terrorist no matter where they are. Snipers for the free ones and a 22 bullet(they arn't worth a 38) or as many as it takes in the head for all the ones that are in jail.
There should also be a bounty for bringing in the heads(they're literal heads) of any terrorist. So even their greedy terrorist buddies will be killing their own kind.
Oh btw no funerals for these assholes they get fed to the hogs like Hannibal should have.
