what (if any) is the difference between interior and exterior latex house paint?

I think the exterior is thicker with the latex vinyl solids than the interior paint.

this awesome old home has survived every tropical storm/hurricane that has hit nawlinz since the 1880's. as it is on higher ground (for new orleans, anyway!), the so called "slivver along the river", it did not flood when the biatch Karrina flooded 80% of this once-great-and-will-be-again city.

so, i feel confident in maintaining/renovating/improving it.

many houses in this historic home area do not have driveways, as cars were not around when most of this area was built. those that DO have driveways are said to be worth anywhere from 10 to 30% more. "OSP" (Off Street Parking) is highly sought after.

No, but you can get the fuck out of dodge. Our biggest concern here in the NW is making sure we don't park under trees and get sap on our vehicles. A little different from worrying if a glorified wind gust is gonna rip our roof off.

i can and i do when necessary. unlike SOME dead head porch sitters who refuse to get out of bed, get an education, get ahead and get a car i don't depend on others to deceide my fate.

as for weather.....every area of our country has it's good and bad points.
