I'm watching these two fags (there's gay and there's fags...these two are fags) try to flip a house. First they had a flip expert come in to hear their plan and make suggestions. They have these huge plans and no money. They ignored every bit of advice she gave. They're funding the flip with Katrina disaster money they haven't even gotten yet. They're going totally gay and buying the best of everything on credit cards. I can't wait to see how much they're gonna lose. LOL.
They ripped out kitchen cabinets she suggested they paint. They ripped a floor she suggested they tile over. The floor under was a disaster. They laid slate over the top and it's so fucking uneven it's hilarious. And of course one fag refuses to sweat so he's just watching while the other guy demolishes the old stuff. They took the only window out of the master bedroom. They're $15K over budget, which all went on credit cards, and still counting.
They can't afford to keep it and the place they live in. They'll be bankrupt in a few months. Oh yeah, they painted the brick outside too against advice. Plus the house in a low end fixer upper neighborhood. They need to sell for way over anything else in the neighborhood. It's way too individual for mass appeal.
It's costing them $1,000 every month they don't sell. Budget is now is $15K over on a $200K house and they STILL don't have the Katrina money. If the neighborhood is < $200K pricing and it's intown Atlanta it's got to be a crack neighborhood. There is nothing that cheap left.
Crap....the bastards made $43K. LOL. I really wanted a disaster.
