Hours in gym while on cycle?

Im usually in the gym for 45 mins-1 hr depending. When I am on I usually spend the same amount of time. Could I stay longer? 5 day split. What you guys do?

Don't bother Testosterone levels drop after 45 minutes.
 
I never have time to spend hours in the gym. I rushed through a leg workout the other day because I was running late and the gym was closing up on me. I ran through that workout in 30mins (still had to cut hamstrings short), but I was so winded afterwards that I had to sit around for a few mins to catch my breath.
 
Usually about 90mins Tops.... That's with 30mins of Cardio after lifting too.... That's what I usually do anyway...

Basically It depends on my goals at the time, I am fast & Very Intense other times i train like a marathon.

on or off i tend to echo what has been said already....45 mins tops sometimes less depending on what im doing....with working and going to school part time and a 10 month old i really dont have time for more but if you hit it intense and heavy you wont need much more then that......peace
 
anything over 45-60 minutes of truely intense lifting is masturbation. if you are doing monster intensity, 3-4 exercises per body part to failure in three working sets, you WILL be out in under an hour, or you talk to damn much.
 
Some people say you cant do this and you cant do that. Its proven your body evolves and adapts to anything you do to it...so only believe half you hear from 'experts'
