Hot flashes

Man I am getting hot flashes and when the flashes come i stay hot for a while. Mainly happens at work in the ER and when i am asleep. I am taking sust 500/wk deca 400/wk. Is this normal?

I get these too. I associate it with hormone levels. BPs fine, no fever so I just deal with it.

No fever my bp runs in the 110s to 130s over 60s to 80s.

you may want to cut back your next 1-2 doses of Deca till blood levels subside a bit and run say 250 or so.

Its not uncomfortable at all. I got it to day at the gym too. My pumps were out of this world today. My arms were so pumped they actually hurt.
