your not giving yourself enough credit. I have seen your progress, you have lots to be proud of. My bod is an embarrassment compared to many many others on this board and I posted up (mainly because I was drinking that night) but hey, I said fuck it....I'll most likely never met most of you. I would rather like to consider that pic of mine as my before pic actually. I haven't been working on it very long.
