hooking up illegal cable-HELP

Im trying to figure out how to hook up my cable,we have everything at the box attached to the house set up,and access to the box at the street but arent to sure how or what to hook up at the street,has anyone done this who can help?

anybody else,that thread didnt have what I need,I want to hook basic up,but its not at the pole,its in a box at the street,we looked but cant figure out what needs hooked up,and there is only one loose cable in the box

obviously I should pay for it but I dont want to ,and until direct tv works out again I need tv

I know I would just rather spend it on a jug of protein,but I just found out I have a box for another dish on its way to my house so I dont need the cable anymore
