There are times when I have a taste for something sweet. I get a tablespoon of honey.
Is this ok??? or it is pretty bad??

Have you ever tried sugar-free snacks like 50-50? They usually do it for me. They make chocolate wafers and peanuts and chocolate bars, and the servings are small, so if you just have ONE as soon as you get the craving, you won't eat the whole bag. My advice is DON'T AVOID, willpower is great, but too much willpower one day can lead to burying your face in a DQ banana split the next. I had a thread a while back on here about cherry pie. That had some good recipes on it for sugar free pie...

ummmmmm....cherry pie.....mmmmmumfmmmdmmd:p
I have a mad sweet tooth.

NOOOOOO Beer and Pizza, now THAT'S evil.

The two were put on this earth together to tempt us MS.

Much like a certain movie with both Jude Law AND Matt Damon. Just together to tempt us...

:lmao::P

If you're going to satisfy a craving use Diabetic Jam or Jelly or a spoonful of (drained) Adam's for the oil, chase it with flax seed oil (or have it before).....you'll get the nutrients from the nuts and satisfy the sweet craving without spiking your GI

Here's more (stole this from another post elsewhere)

Diet Strawberry Cheesecake Fix
I think this "diet" version tastes great, and is ok as it has:
3 grams of sugar,
7 grams of carbs,
13 grams of protein,
and approx 90 calories. It has satisfied my cravings for something sweet and tastes like strawberry cheesecake- with some imagination!
Combine 4 oz. Knudsen 2% Cottage Cheese, 1 teaspoon Smuckers Light Strawberry Preserves (no sugar, has Splenda), a dash or two of cinammon, half a packet of Splenda and mix.
Pretty damn good and will cut cravings.

I found this fills me up as a dessert when I'm on the high protein, low carb routine with little guilt.

Aren't those 50-50's no "added" sugar? They still contain fructose? Perhaps I'm thinking of someting else...

Is there ANYTHING better than a pint of Guinness and a pizza with feta cheese and mushrooms?

I don't know Spatterson, good call on the 50/50 stuff.

as for guiness, and ANYTHING AT ALL, I agree. Nothing will beat it for the optimal cheat meal. Rock on!!!
