Honey!!!!

If you're working out hard, a high glycemic index meal afterwards shouldn't hurt. In general, too much suger is a bad idea though, and there's already plenty of sugar in MetRx.

Yes, it is good. There is many studies that suggest that honey has anti-catabolic properties when taken 30 mins. post exercise.

mmmm......honey.......

honey's the bomb. it's a natural sugar and is unrefined like the sugar you put in coffee. much better choice than regular sugar.

high glycemic sugar is the whole basis of the whole "cell tech" kick, with all these new brands. taking high glycemic sugars after u lift is supposed to create and insulin spike. which is supposed to transport protein, creatine, etc. into your cells quicker. but it is also supposed to be a time that your fat cells are shut down and not accepting anything. i have read a lot on this and i am still not to sure if this is all true. so u should check on the glycemic index where honey is. the best sugar to take is dextrose and the best juice to take is grape juice. hope this helps.
