Homemade protein shake

Any body have a good receipe for a homemade protein shake or weight gainer that tastes good? or should i just drink a gallon of milk?
 
Some good things to mix are peanut butter, rocky road ice cream, or oreos. I think there is a thread on the diet board.
 
My post workout shake is 2 scoops Cytogainer, 1 scoop problend 55, tbs of flax oil, 10g glutamine peptides, 10g creatine monohydrate, bannana (sp?), milk, and ice cream. Oh, and dont forget the NATURAL peanut butter (Jif and shit like that have hydrogenated oils in them, hydrogenated oil=BAD FAT).

Cytogainer is the perfect post-workout shake. Maltodextrin and whey with a little glutamine and creatine. Of course you need to double the creatine and glutamine to get the best results.

I would skip all fats in the post workout meal, like flax, PB, etc. You want the extra insulin spike from the carbs and don't want the fats to slow it down.
 
u4ik rage does have a point, as he always does. The presence of fats in the stomach will slow gastric emptying b/c the pyloric valve is fatty acid sensitive. Althought this might increase absorbtion, it will also slow down gastric emptying.

The only reason i include fats in my post workout shake is b/c im too lazy to clean out the blender another time to make another shake. so i just combine it all. damn i am a lazy bastard.
