Anybody use homegyms around here. When I live in Wv I use a crossbow by weider. I hate it though, considering selling it for a Gold's Gym powerflex. They say their resistance is different than "bows" And I don't think Gold's would put out something that chinsey. Any of you guys use one?

When I'm in Wa I get pampered by driving 5 min. down the interstate to Gold's gym. Right now I'm on vacation in Hot Springs Ark.

You don't need more than a bench and squat rack. weider used to make a squat rack.......not real stable under very heavy weight, but good enough.

well if ur ceiling is big enough get a power rack.....do all and they are safe if used correctly

I used to use two 55 gallon steel drums for my squat racks...
