I bought some powders and will be brewing my next cycle and just have one question, I've been told that you can use oils right from the grocery store and you dont have to use sterile oils. Is this true?

Yup. Go with Grapeseed for a thinner less painful injection!

yes you can but you have to sterilize them yourself easiest way to do it is to get a muffin pan clean out one cup in the pan with alcohol after it dries put whatever amount of oil you want to use in the pan then put in oven on 250 degrees for 30-45 minutes after you take it out let it sit about 15 minutes to get to room temp draw out with sterile syringe/needle and your good to go

myself i like to use sterile oils from wherever i get the rest of my supplies simply because its gonna cost you about 4$ and it saves you about a hour worth of time and its ready to go as soon as it arrives

Wouldn't it be sterile after running thru a filter? Or does it require cooking?

No need to run all that oil through a filter when you can sterilize it all at one time by heating it I guess it would sterilize it filtering it but I would be on the safe side and sterilize my oil in the oven first nobody wants a abcest to save 30 minutes of time

another quick question...... how do I store my powder and whats the shelf life, k to all

I believe it will last a couple years in the freezer..

yea powder has good shelf life it will be ok for a couple years im sure

Will hormone powder keep for a couple of years in a cool dark place in a sealed container, or does it have to be frozen?

a cool dark place should be fine I wouldnt freeze it but thats just me also for your other question

bake your oil @ 250 F 30-45 minutes then take it out and allow to cool for about 15 minutes untill its at room temp or a little bit higher make sure you sterilze your pan with alcohol first let us know how everything works out for ya gl
