Go with the up 5 lb'r and then get some Forlean...or coleus....helps you cut up plus holds on to alot of the lean mass too. Worked great for me. Lil Tyrosine never hurt either. use 2 scoops of Nlarge postworkout with 1 scopp of whey protein. after a workout your msucles are depleted of glycogen and need to be replenished. the carbs will be used to fill the muscles back up.

i did this and noticed not fat gain
