Holy SHIT Prolab's "N'l Large" Protien!!!

Shit has 600 calories per serving and 100 carbs!!!!!! I just got it in the mail, and stupidly assumed it would be clean like EAS' protien.
MY question is: I have never taken protien that contained any carbs or many calories, and i am really worried that this stuff is just gonna make me fat. I'm 6'1 205, 15% BF and im just looking to get cut, not win any strongman comps. Should i take this stuff stilll????
 
I thought it made me look a little too puffy. I took for about a month and gained about 5 pounds, probably all fat.
 
well i bought it and it can't go back so i got to work with it. As far as the servings, i will at LEAST cut it in half.
SlapItHard, you say cut the servings in a third, what do you guys think about this.
 
Sell the shit and get Optimum Nutritions Pure whey. 2grms of carbs and 22grms protein per scoop. You put atleast 2 scoops in and its still very thin. 5lb bucket for uner 50 bucks. If fatness is what you're concerned about then you need a protein without all them carbs.

go buy a tub of optimum 100% whey, then mix one scoop Nlarge with one scoop 100%.... makes a tasty good profiled meal replacement for under 1$ a serving.... mix two scoops Nlarge with one scoop 100% whey for a post workout drink...
 
I would just use the nlarge for POST WORK OUT only when the high amount of carbs are least likely to cause the wrong kind of weight gain.
 
i agree get 100% whey optimum nutrition.. but since you have to work with this... id use it post workout as its perfect... you could also use it on mornings for breakfast when your in a rush.... but next time you can mix milk and whey protein and peanut butter for a good mrp ...
