Just an FYI. I was running late today and needed to grab a quick protein snack so I stopped into this place called Jamba Juice and ordered one of their high protein drinks. Well while it was being made, I was browsing thru the nutritional information on each smoothie and HOLY SHIT. Yes it had about 35 grams of protein, but it had 192 grams of carbs. 121 sugars. There's pretty much the rest of my carbs for the week. Careful. You think you're eating clean and you may not be.
