i wake up sweating a couple times a night. i like it, it tell me something is working. no insomnia though, i take melatonin

First time I had soaking night sweats, transdermal believe it or not. Brewed from then on, very little night sweats. I may have gotten used to it. Back pumps were still there though.

i take 30 min before bed, i take a shower, then hit the sack and im out
