holy schnizzle, i'm gaining weight fast.

perhaps too fast. i think it's 2-4 lbs a week. i'm around 185 right now. i have to remind myself that i actually work out and hope that lifting weights allows for some of that gain to be muscle. looking at my expanding gut, i have my doubts.

all i eat is chicken and rice, all day, every day. about 3500-4000 calories worth. besides my 4 days/week lifting, i'm sedentary.

time to start running again.
 
i'm a pile of shit. i'm gonna start getting serious in the weight room again, as i've been slacking for like a fuckin year... :(

once i get some more $$$ i'll also be able to buy food and bulk up again.
 
I crashed into 170 and I seemed to stop losing after that.

I feel like I'm getting even skinnier, but my weight isn't changing.

If I had to guess, I would say that someone is trying to steal something from that X2 movie and they injected lead into me when I was unawares.
 
if you're gain 2 to 4 pounds a week then it's all fat! If you were gaining 1 pound a month then it could be muscle, but you're going way too fast.
