DNP is overhyped and is the best fat burner out there if used properly. You sit there, you do nothing, you eat carbs, and you lose a pound of fat (not water) a day.

3-4 runs, about 2 weeks every time.

I use it to burn of that last bit of fat I have on me at the end of a cutting cycle.

As in you have to dose it yourself, based on body weight, and the difference between an effective dose and a deadly dose isn't that much.

It's used to make dye and some other heavy industrial stuff... it's nasty to handle from what I understand.
