I think both said some pretty low childish things......both sides!!!

Just do as I do and laugh it off....kill with kindness....hell, I have even been known to give karma when someone "tries" to belittle me. Shrug it off and move on is all I think everyone is saying. You can only get hot and bothered if you let it happen.
If it ever got that bad for me to keep on and keep on then I would sign off, chill out and come back later when I have cooled down. You know that if you let someone know they are getting to you, it just pumps them up for more.
