Holy Crap!!

The City has decided today's the day to dig up the street. Evil potholes. Now instead of repaving the whole freaking street they are diggin up the holes they cut out with gian circular saws.

They're using a backhoe to bang the street with the bucket part. They are banging so hard, the house is Shaking!! Jeez!!

Last year, a construction company replacing sidewalks hit a gas valve & blew up 3 houses......Maybe I should go out....

I used to live about 2 or 3 miles from a major construction company. When they blew up shit the entire house would shake. That's gotta be lega, right?

It was on tv last nite: a show called "Extreme Engineering." I'd last 1 day in Boston -- then my head would explode.....I can't take lots of traffic....

ya it sucks... but i dont have a car (anymore) and dont need one in boston. I got some nice pics of the city from my appt i should post up sometime... i got a nice veiw from my room

The roads aren't so bad... Its most of the people and the accent that drive me insane.

Mass drivers are THE WORST. and Boston is the worst laid-out city in the country. very confusing to get around for people not familiar with it. same goes for Logan

Interestingly.. the roads in Boston were orignally cow paths. The started building around the areas that the cow heards would walk. By the time the city was growing too big for the farms the buildings were already in place. Thus the rediculously small, windy roads.
