this is the 4th week of dbol and PRIMO

I have a qustion for those with experience.

I am not trying to build too much mass...i am going more for detail and edurance.......

and lately the recovery from my intense workouts id almost immediate.....I feel like doing CHEST AND BICEPS 3 times a week now....funny thing is..is that I am getting more vasular...and I think bigger too......

so the question is..........so I just keep going with the flow?

ot do something different.....convention says never train a body part more than 2 times a week....but I can't help it...is that wrong?

Since we're on the subject of primo....

I'm trying to learn more about it. Seems it's one of the (if not THE) safest mass building steroids out there. Just not quite as effective as Deca and the like, but still a great one. And I don't think I want to gain 20 lbs on a cycle anymore, it's too noticeable and raises too many suspicions (almost 9 lbs on my sust cycle had people wondering).

Anyway, is an 8 week primo cycle with low dose of D-Bol up front a decent 10-15 lb cycle? What doese should the primo be run at? How do you control Primo sides?

Omega, i am glad the cycle is going so extremly well for you. Just keep going with the flow, but remember to be flexible. There is no convention when it comes to bodybuilding. When i did the primo/dball cycle the recovery was also extremly quick and i and my partner modified the training to train all body parts every 4 days. From this we got even harder and gained more strenght. Muscles fealt much fuller between training sessionsas well.

Remember that timing training sessions is all based upon recovery, if you are recovering fast enough and are getting stronger while training a bodypart twice weekly, then continue doing so. I used this type of training in the beginning and gained like crazy, it was not till later that i switched to once per week, but by then i weighed over 240.

Sincerely :nopity:

thanks...gwl9dta4.........

damn will have to find anick name for you man!:)

you always have good info to share.

Hey Florider.

I am a coplete rookie at this.....so I do not have the experience as you.

the first time was 6-7 months ago with only Primo at 200-300 a week......

i learned 3 things from that one...

1.eat a little more protein each week.

2. break up dosages of primo instead of doing it all in one pop.

3. use small amounts of Dbol as a training aid, and for assured pumps.

this is whats goin on now.......
simple and low dose cycle.........my arms by the way are 18.18...now after 4 sets of preacher curls.

10-15 mgs of dbol a day.....most of it consumed 2 hours before the workout....maybe a tab for breakfAST..or another tab after the workout.

the dbol will be ran alomost for 7 weeks.

the primo will be run for ten at a very low dose......100- mgs every 5 days

thats it.

my arms before all of this were 15.89 cold

That is the beauty of aas is the recovery you get. I recommend kicking up the intensity in your workout. If you're going for strength increase the poundage or if you're going for hypertrophy increase the volume. What is your training split right now?

personally I am doing it for aesthetic reasons.

I did the strenght thing back a couple of years ago..it was fun and all.....but it did not do much for aethetics and hypertophy.

I realized that there (in most cases) a very weak correlation between strength and muscle size.....i go for pump, and contraction, and flexibilty. the muscle is like a rubber band...it must be warmed up properly, and coaxed into streching...for gowth, not beaten up.........IMO

since I am not goind for a huge weight increase.i am presently treating my self as an endurance athelete(who wants only huge pecs, and biceps, and everything else develpoed but not huge)

so I came up with this unusual 6 day a week program.

MON< WED< FRI

dbell flys
deadlifts(stiff legged)
pushups
incline dbell curls
pulldowns
french press for tris
cable flys
dbell laterals
dbell preacher curls
db tricep extention

3 sets of each exercise.

abs a night.

TUES>THURS>SAT

run outside for about 4 miles.

thas it.

hope this helps

Instead of running the four miles every other day, try breaking it down into intervals and go with sprints. Run 20's, 40's and nothing over 100 meters. Change up the intensity in running. I like the HIIT (high intensity interval training) program for running and when I'm going for size I like german volume training when lifting. Just goto a web browser and type it in and you should find it.

I don't see anything for legs or back (squats, real deads, rows etc..).

You are recovering so fast because you are training very small muscle groups. The biggest muscle groups (legs, back) are - trying to be real kind - neglected.

Conslusion - if you are only training 30% of your body, you can obviously recover much faster than someone training the whole thing - esp. when anabolics are concerned (dbol is power).

I say train as much as you want or better yet make up a new program (and I am still trying to be really kind here - chest is a rest day for me since the others are squating, cleans, deads, etc.. I can basically just lay there and work intermitently).

yes you are right...although I do include deadlifts that get my hamstrings and traps.

and pulldown wich get the lats a little.

It's just that for me legs and back blow up...big time.

they overpower my physique.

but every so often.i will still hit them.

and ps ...thanks for being KIND:fro:

i actually was preparing my self for massive flames, and disaproval from others.

when I am done I will try to post pics.

if you are growing great, dont switch anything, or you may regret it and blow a great cycle. just go with the flow and smile
