the anabolics board has been pretty worthless lately, so I'm just going to post this here (b/c I've been pretty worthless lately).
I just ended my test cyp and eq cycle last week and this week I started my pgf2 and anavar cycle... well, at least the anavar part of it.
I'm only doing 30mg a day of the anavar, and I only have 100 10mg caps - I'm going to try to get more since that isn't a very long cycle - but it isn't that big a deal since I'm using this as a full down time between cycles.

Anyway, I don't know if it was rest or the drugs, but today's lifts were surprisingly easy (legs day). I won't post any weights b/c they are still pretty pansy-ass, but they are good for me, esp since I'm a tall lanky dude.

I need to go get a protein shake mixed up now... over and out
 
bb - well, that is an interesting thing. it was a cutting cycle, so I didn't gain any weight. what makes it interesting though is I know the eq was legit (it was ttokkyo) but I'm unsure about the test cyp. some of it was world generic labs - and I got zero side effects off of it at 1g/wk. then, suspecting it to be bunk I switched to a different guy and got steris, excep that was for sure a fake - likely the brovel made stuff - so I think it is still cyp, but underdosed. I saw some side effects, but not much really - so it is hard for me to say how much test I actually had in me.
then towards the end I switched to some omnas to just to ensure that I had some real test in me. I had strength gains throughout the whole cycle, but no increased weight.
part of the reason I might not have seen side effects or huge gains was I was taking one proviron and one nolva each day (when I remembered, so most days).

I started at 215 or so at 15% bf and now I'm 208 at 10% bf. or at least that is what my mommy tells me.

I'm doing what is known as the "retarded diet" - I eat fairly clean all week, and then on sat and sunday eat only ice cream (pints of ben and jerry's at a sitting). and the sad thing is I'm not even joking.
luckily I seem to respond well to cardio.

my next cycle I'm going to do sust or omnas, one 250 a day for... well, not sure how long, yet to figure out, and 600mg deca/wk. and some dbol.
 
I'm really bad about cheating on my diet on the weekends as well...:( Sux about the fake shit!!! U will blow up on Sust and D-bol....I was 203 before I hit it up and 233 afterwards :)...ran the d-bol for 5 weeks and the sust @ 500mgs/wk for 10 weeks. I'm never gonna do deca....too long of a detection time for me.....
 
I'm never doing anything that will get me tested, or at least not for a few years, so I don't care about the detection.
and I've done a sust/dbol/deca cycle before and gained 18 pounds on it very quickly - at first water weight and then it hardened out towards the end.

I forgot to add that during my "retarded diet" I also eat Hershy miniatures like they are going out of style. I like the krackle.
I think the reason I'm still getting cut even with that though is that I'm never ever hungry, so even when I binge out for me, it is still like 2 pints of ice cream in a day, which is still not that many calories, and then maybe 10 miniatures.
I'd much rather just sleep all weekend... which is what I usually do as a matter of fact.
 
why don't u try some b12 shots to increase hunger....u know what else helps me....write down everything u eat during the day. Always have your food FOR THE WHOLE DAY prepared the night before.
 
I'll have to give it a shot. I keep pulling the "next week I'll start doing this right" shit... or "after I move into my new place I'll start doing this right"

it is very hard to do it here at work, so I will definitely do it all correctly if I work from home where I can just constantly be doing that stuff in the background.

as for b12 - I'll have to give that a shot... no pun intended - I'm taking B complex supplements orally and also some amino acid stuff that has lots of B in it - makes my piss a fantastic yellow - you'd think I never drink water at all i fyou saw me piss.

and for those of you that don't know - Brand nubian is good shit (music, not drugs)

are you asking about this b/c of the test, or b/c you want to come over and do dirty things? I hope it is the former and not the latter :)

viagra? expensive. but it might just be worth it. god damn - my girlfriend loves it, that is for sure.
I never had trouble making her cum before, but on viagra, WOW.
if you don't really need it, then it makes it really really hard and full (and being on juice doesn't hurt either).

not on viagra I can keep it up the whole time, but towards the end it isn't as full - on viagra, it is up for like an hour and stays pretty damn full, and then you can get it up again whenever you want... or at least I can.

I already was having sex 8 times a day when I wasn't on viagra and was with my GF (rare, she lives in another country)... now on V my GF and I were setting some sort of record - she had to push my away since she was getting sore.
also, I take yohimbe to fight fat and zoloft for depression, and both of those postpone the male orgasm, so I can stay rock hard for hours and not cum... actually not as fun as it sounds, but it makes one feel like a porn star.

I got the viagra via a source, but I'm goin gto the doc this friday to get off the zoloft (have to taper down) and I'm going to try to get a script for LOTS of viagra. that way my insurance will pay for it and not me.

I haven't tried the pgf2 yet, but I've heard that it helps all pumps ;)

I just got it today and I want to try it right away, but I'll be at work late and I have a doc appt this friday and I don't want to be all bruised up for that, so I'm going to try to hold off until Sat before shooting.
of course I think we all know what will really happen - I'm gonna shoot too much tonight the instant I get home and shit my brains out and feel the agony....
hell, as long as I don't bruise.

I'm full of random ass things and some vaguely useful stuff, so always feel free to ask questions.

oh, and the viagra I used was "only" 50mg.
not sure what 25mg would do, but I know 100mg would be overkill for me and is likely for the people with more of a prob.

it doesn't make your unit any longer (or at least didn't make mine), but it does max out what thickness you'll get and it stays pretty full even when down, so you look bigger...
I know some guys on this board care about such things.
