Ok, so I'm a little late due to vacation and getting back to work, but I'm here. Unfortunately, I will have to miss a couple of days pretty early on due to wisdom teeth surgery, but the timing was right and I needed a new, fresh kind of training/eating as I got burned out on the way I have been training for years.

Stats:
Age: 29
Height: 5'11"
Weight: b/w 205 and 210 (I'll wait about 3 days before I get a baseline to work with because I don't want to factor the initial water loss into my results)
Years Training: 6
Goals: In short, to get as lean as possible. I'm happy with my size at the moment (I would eventually like to bring up my bis, tris, and chest). I'm just trying to get lean for the sake of health and aesthetics. It'll be awesome for me when I get to sub-200 again as I haven't been there since college. I really think I'll feel good sitting in the mid/high 180's. I'll take some fresh pics to compare after the initial water loss.
Bodyfat %: Unsure, but I'd guess 15-16. We can look at pics soon and guess, but I'm more concerned with the mirror.
Waist: A pretty snug 34 on my jeans.

Awesome to see another new person! The training is going to kick your ass!
Good luck to ya!

I have to say, when I first read the leg and ab workouts, I was skeptical b/c they didn't seem to have enough sets for me. Well, I was wrong. This workout wrecked shop on my legs. I had been doing a lot of work lately with light weight on squats to try and perfect my form, so activating the glutes/hams wasn't a problem at all. Dang did I feel weak trying to focus on that.

Leg Press:
315 x 20
315 x 15 (nearly passed out here when I stood up, jeezus)
315 x 10
315 x 9
225 x 10

Seated Calf Raise:
45 x 25 (4 sets)

Smith Squats
135 x 20
135 x 15
135 x 10
135 x 9
95 x 15

Leg Press Calf Raise:
135 x 25 (4 sets)

And then the ab workout.

All of this showed me how weak my glute/ham/lower back connection is. Can't wait for the next one.

yeah the leg workout is defiantly rough but once u finish it, what a sense of accomplishment!! Then just wait till u start seeing results :D

Well, I just finished up the second workout earlier this evening. Talk about having to check your ego...

Anyways, here's about the best I can get for starting comparison pics. Maybe I'll try some more this weekend.

Weight: 206 as of the morning of Friday, Sept. 5th

i just finished the leg workout for the second time and im starting to get used to the flexing at the top of the movement... man i thought they were going to have to wheel me over to the change room!!! but after i sat in the steam room for a good 10 mins messaging my legs i felt a little better :p

yep, i did the leg workout for the second time last night, too. i didnt really change up my weight any, but i definitely got better about flexing my hams on both exercises.

i'm gonna do the back/traps/etc workout tonight, and them i'm out for a few days b/c of wisdom teeth surgery on wednesday. so i've really used this last week as a primer for getting my form down before the real start.

i should also add that i'm a walking poster child for Primordial Performance right now. i'm using Dermacrine again, and now their Phyto-Testosterone and CLA

i'm still in on this, but due to the hurricane i'm kind of displaced. my house still has no electricity, and my gym is in the same neighborhood, so it has no power either. i'm at a bit of a standstill, so when i get back up and running, i'm just gonna start over for statistics sake.

were here with you:)

any time you go on trips or displaced ;)

go running and do free standing squats and then pushups, its keep all things "alive" till yo go back to the gym

ok, so i'm not good at getting to my log since hurricane ike came in and wrecked shop on everything around here. i work for a construction company, so we're naturally backed up and way busy. but i'm still here doing my workouts and diet.

Today: Legs/Abs
YEsterday: Back/Bis/Traps etc
Last Sunday: Rest
Last Saturday: Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Last Friday: Back/Bis/etc
Last Thursday: Legs/Abs

I think I'll probably rest tomorrow but I pretty much have to play it by ear daily right now. BEst part is, my diet is ON POINT right now, so I'm seeing results. I'm pretty impressed so far. Keep at it bros

just checking in...

Wednesday: rest
Thursday: Chest, Front Delts, Tris

I don't care to post my weights on every lift, but I have definitely been checking my ego to make sure my form is spot on (I was only decline DB pressing the 30's. Yikes.) I think the chest workout is my favorite.

Today, I'll either do back/delts/traps/bis or rest and do it tmrw.

My diet is 100% spot on still.

Felt awesome after work, so...

Friday: Back/Traps/Delts/Bis

Feelin great. Think I'll have a little cheat this weekend.

Awesome:) please do have a cheat ONCE a week or so.......and its ok to go all out

Alcohol is the only cheat NO NO for me ( do to inhibiting protein synthesis for days after)

Rested all weekend. Didn't track my diet too much on Sunday, but kept protein high.

Today: Legs/Abs

My hams should be shredded this time. I had a good mind/muscle connection with them during my routine. Felt awesome.

Good deal man! Sorry to hear about your struggle with the hurricane striking down there!

Today: Back/Traps/Rear Delts/Bis

Felt awesome. I can def see myself getting leaner in the mirror. The biggest guy at my gym asked me yesterday if I was competing. My conditioning is nowhere near that level, but it's still cool. No homo. Diet is still perfect. I can deal with the hunger b/c I see the results.

i rested yesterday b/c my glutes and calves were too sore to go back. i'll be doing the leg workout tonight. my diet was still perfect.

thanks, Omega! the easiest way for me to keep on the diet is by seeing results. that makes it real.

I did the Chest/Delt/Tris workout for the 2nd time this week since my calves were still sore. Gonna hit my legs again today, and probably rest on sunday and have a cheat meal or two.

just got back from wrecking shop on my Legs/Abs. i think i'm about to fall asleep involuntarily. definitely gonna rest tomorrow.

rested on Sunday like I planned

Monday: Back/Traps/Delts/Bis

my back is sore already. Gonna do Chest/Front Delts/Tris tonight

diet is still nearly flawless 6 days a week.

Today is my first day on Lipostim, FYI

Yesterday I did Chest/Front Delts/Tris on schedule.

Either gonna rest or do legs/abs tonight. See how I feel after work. Diet still good.

I used 2 Lipostim yesterday. I'm no stranger to stimulants, so tried one about 7am, and another later at noon or so. Good stuff.

Yesterday: Wrecked shop on my legs, but i threw in some extra sets, and I was too burned out to do my abs.

Diet was clean.

Gonna do back/traps/bis/etc tonight if I don't go out of town.
