Hey guys im gonna take a vacation to Peru with my friends, and i would like to know HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH TIME OFF THE GYM ? i could find somewere to workout overthere, but i wanna relax....

even 10 days off you'll be fine, just get some good food and do some push/pull ups and you'll maintain.
 
taking time off the gym will do more good than bad, it will give you central nervous system a break. and your body to fully recuperate

yeah, you can take some time, even in some situations its good to take some time off, let your body recover fully. In some cases you'll find you come back stronger and feeling better. believe it or not, you can do lots of stuff without a gym. for instance, i used my suitcases and loaded them up to do curls, military delt raises, single arm bent rows, you get the idea, make it like a small circuit training kinda, its something....

That's dedication.
 
yeah i will probably do some push ups sit ups, i will be about two weeks there...i think it will be good for my psicological and physiological health.

Ahhhh, I had time why chick was showering and was full of energy, so figured what the hell. Did it like 3 times in 8 days. Funny thing is I was in vegas and they had a decent gym i coulda went down to, but that was to much effort going down in the elevator. Lol!

I wouldnt go more than 2 weeks.
