Hey guys, some friends invited me to go on a trip to Peru, and since i had no vacations since a long time i decided to go, so my question is, HOW LONG IS TOO LONG OFF THE GYM ? i probably could find somewhere to workout there, but i want to relax there.

Taking 10 days off is fine. Do some push ups, and some pull ups. Make sure you get your food, and you'll maintain just fine. No problem.

I'm going to europe next month for 10 days. I'm just gonna take it easy myself.
 
if it starts to get to u i am sure they have a gym nearby if not in the hotel. u could always do bodyweight exercises such as dips between chairs, door pullups, squats, lunges, pushups.
 
like the other guys jsut said ull be find if your going fro a week or two,
just eat healthy, don't drink to much and maybe do 100pushups eg when u wake up just to maintain until u gte back
