Holiday dilemna

I'm on 125mg prop eod, I go away before NY to Thailand for 3 weeks and have two options, whichever is most likely to retain the mucles is the one I want to do :)

1. Finish cycle soon (after 4 weeks in total) and get as much PCT in as possible before I go away

2. Run course right up until I go away (means an extra couple weeks on cycle) and do PCT on holiday

Which is best or keeping gains?

On holiday I will try to train but it will minimal, plus diet will suffer and will drink a lot of alcohol.

Someone told me to get some test E and do a big shot right before I go, but can't see that lasting 3 weeks :)
 
Lol lots of drinking. I cant say id recommend either way. Did you not know you were leaving before you started the prop?

I knew but booked the hol last min and have taken 4 years off the gear so was eager to go for it before the hol, a short ester being the only option. Anyway, don't need a lecture on that :) just wondered if anyone on the forum can advise me on which of the two options will be optimal for maintaining gains.

I am running my cycle right up to the day I leave for vacation and have my PCT stuff waiting for me there. So, gonna do my PCT while on vacation. Not sure when you would start PCT with prop but with test E I wait 2 weeks then start mine
 
TBH if you are going to be drinking hard and not training for the 3 weeks that you are away - i dont think you will keep much-if-any gains you may have got while on cycle.

lucky enough you are running prop ,finish with the test now and just start pct .
 
your gains will be gone drinking and eating shit for 3 weeks.

how long have you been lifting? even if i take a week and a half off my strength nose dives. once you get your conditioning up to a certain level even taking a short time away it will nose dive fast.

how bout none of the above and not doing so much drinking and eating as healthy as possible. resorts have small gyms you can easily get in a few workouts a week.

pct and bridge is the worst time to slack on your workouts and diet. thats when you need to work your ass off to keep your gains.. major waste of a cycle and pointless, makes no sense to me and if you really gave it some thought you would agree

I agree with the others, you're gonna lose your gains no matter what you do, pretty much your absolute worse case scenario, you'll end up smaller than before you started.... Total waste of a cycle
 
I say you run prop over there for three weeks. It's not hard to get anything over there bro. Find a way to work out over there as well, even every other day. Just to try and keep your gains.
