my nephew is a junior A hockey player. his forte is bodychecking and scoring in traffic. what i would like to know is,,,what AAS would be of most benefit to a hockey player? i know he wants to add some size {he's 6'2" 200}...he would eventually like to be 225. i was thinking tren/winny/ test. any thoughtful answers welcome

Unless your nephew wants to be a frequently traded goon, I don't think AS would really help a hockey player all that much. It's primarilly a skill sport. Test/winny/tren will blow him up good though if wants to be the next Kordic.

HERE YOU GO

FINA=STRENGTH FOR SCORING IN TRAFFIC,EQ=LEAN MUSCLE GAINS and STRENGTH,ANAVAR=STRENGTH,LEAN MUSCLE GAINS.These are good sports drugs,if you use TEST you will have to deal with the extra weight. The above will work good

He shouldn't do it. He won't even be able to skate on AS because his shins and calves will get too pumped. Maybe he could use it in the off-season, but it will definately hinder him during the season.

Are you fucking for real? You are going to push gear on a kid under 20?

not kewl

many college hockey players use gear these day. look how big and strong the players are getting.

although, he is too young IMO. if he's playing A, he must be pretty good. i would only think about it for college level prep or better. you know he'll do it anyway and this way you'll be able to monitor him and make sure it's done intellegently.

i played college hockey for a few years, i was 5'11" about 195-210lbs and i'd say i was only average size on our team. i think test, winny, and tren are great choices. weight helps with checking and shooting. the more weight you put into a shot, the harder and faster it goes.

there is a ideal weight for him that shouldn't hammper his speed too much. i think 225 might be a bit on the high side, but you're in a better position to make that call.

start low. he's young and will respond well to smaller amounts.

let me add this. i don't have too big a problem with college age athlets using gear. they do all over the country, so did i to an extent. however, if this kid isn't at that age yet, he's too young.

hockey

my nephew is 20 and has been training with me for 6 years. we've been able to take him from a 140lb freshmen in high school to over 200 now. all of that gain was natural of course. i just want to steer him in the right direction so he doesnt end up going behind my back and paying 200 dollars for a bottle of brovel., or worse. i'm not pushing him about this. he came to me. he thinks he's got a shot to play professionally and he wants to take a shot at his dream. i can't blame him. i didn't start using until i was 30 but then again i wasn't good enough at my sports to even think of a pro career.

Hockey has no place for juice.

Football yes not hockey!

will improve his performance but will hurt him more long term.

agreed hockey players should be thick fast, and light, agile, juice just doesnt fit in the equation

I agree... I have too many problems just walking around... I can't imagine getting nailed somewhere I injected that morning or couple days before...

rainbow22 your cycle looks good ,i'm in canada and know junior players that juice and i'm on the stack you just mentioned right now and think it would be awsome for a hockey player.

hockey

thanks chewey, its good to hear . i do have to say though, that in hockey you need to be very strong, to absorb hits, to deliver checks, to shoot, to skate,,,everything. it doesnt take the place of skill but i'll take a skilled physical player"brendan shanihan or eric lindross" over some figure skating ballerina like paul kariya.

I wish that I would have juiced earlier in my football career. Watch him close and give him good advice. I wish I had had someone to help me out when I was that age. Good luck.
